Chicago police are looking for a man who they say sexually abused a woman at a CTA Blue Line station earlier this month in the Wicker Park neighborhood.
The incident occurred around 6:10 p.m. Sept. 5 at the Division station, 1200 N. Milwaukee Ave., according to the Chicago Police Department. The man entered the Cumberland station and rode to the Division station where he “waited for his target, a woman in a skirt,” Chicago police said in a statement. He ran toward her as she began walking up the stairs and grabbed her, but she was escaped his grasp and he fled, police said.
The man is said to be between 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He weighs about 210 pounds, has long black hair and two upper arm tattoos, police said. He was last seen wearing an Adidas cap.
