The death of a man shot in Uptown earlier this month is being investigated as a homicide, according to Chicago police.
Jarrett Ceaser, 27, was found in the 4900 block of North Sheridan Road at 8:27 p.m. on Sept. 4, police said. He was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where he died three days later, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office, which ruled his death a homicide.
