<p id=”par-4_47″>The signal caller told Heyward that Woodley approached him days after the engagement to tell him she wanted to have sex with another man before they tied the knot. Rodgers theorized that Woodley felt pressured to accept his proposal, though he insisted she “could have said no.”</p>

By March 2021, the engagement ring was no longer on her finger, and while they attempted to reconcile, it never actually got off the ground. According to his retelling of events, the romance ended long before their split was officially announced. He suggested he was telling the story now to correct the “public narrative” around the split. He said, “Her story is that I ruined her life and gave her a crazy depression because I left her.” Instead, he insists there was no relationship to end by the time things were officially over.</p>
