The Great British Bake Off fans were left in bits over what became the show’s rudest episode ever with a lot of cheeky jokes.
Viewers of the beloved baking programme have become used to the cheeky innuendos dropped by judges Paul Hollywood and Dame Prue Leith and hosts Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding.
But pudding week may have taken things a little too far.
For the technical challenge, the bakers were tasked with recreating Dame Prue’s spotted dick and custard – and you can imagine the reaction that unfolded.
At one point, a giggling Alison told the contestants: ‘You have two and a half hours in order to get your dick ready.’
As they were all left in hysterics, Noel laughed: ‘Come on now kids, it’s a family show.’
‘I’ve never seen a spotted dick, I’ve never tried it,’ baker Dylan said, as he read the recipe, while Christiaan commented: ‘My boyfriend told me that spotted dick is very nice.’
But the innuendos didn’t stop there, as Gill said, while tying up the suet with string:’I need a finger, that’s what I have a husband for, it’s his only use.’

And she went even further at the end of the challenge, leaving the other bakers in hysterics despite a tearful Sumayah upset over coming last.
Sumayah said: ‘I’m crying over spotted dick,’ to which Gill replied: ‘Never, ever cry over dick, ever.’
‘Innuendo bingo,’ viewer @caterinajones wrote on X during the episode, while @stef_a88 said: ‘Absolute filth on #gbbo this week. Dreary me.’
‘The double entendres on #GBBO are more like single entendres now. Gill: “I need a finger. That’s what I have a husband for.” Pure filth,’ @jonhopswan added.
@ceejAfterHours wrote: ‘I can’t wait for Americans’ reactions to the #GBBO technical challenge when it airs stateside…’
It was an unlucky day for Sumayah as she was the seventh contestant eliminated this series, while Dylan was named star baker for the third time.

She said: ‘I feel like it wasn’t one specific event that let me down, it was just kind of a series of mistakes here and there.
‘I have learned to be more confident in myself and my ideas. You learn a lot from everyone and I feel I am going to take a piece of everyone away with me.’
The 19-year-old went on: ‘I’ve learnt that I’m capable of achieving hard things, and to give myself credit for doing so.
‘It’s easy to dismiss accomplishments just because you were able to do it, but the amazing support from everyone really opened my eyes.
‘Not only did I work hard to achieve what I did, but I am also so privileged to be able to undergo this experience.
‘I truly have no regrets. The rush and adrenaline of being in the tent was so gratifying, it pushed me to incredible heights that I miss every single day!’
The Great British Bake Off airs Tuesdays at 8pm on Channel 4.
