Tom Grennan suffered ‘a fall for the record books’ mid-performance in Birmingham.
The Little Bit Of Love singer, 30, is currently on his Grennan 25 tour across the UK, performing at the city’s Utilita Arena on Thursday.
But far from the average performance, the artist toppled from the stage while belting out the hit Lionheart.
While jumping from one platform to another during an energetic performance, Tom lost his footing and dropped from the stage onto his back.
‘Not gonna lie, that really hurt’, he told fans, but went on to reiterate he was relatively unscathed after the incident.
Sharing video of the bump on TikTok:, he wrote ‘You’re just about to witness the greatest onstage fall in history’, adding: ‘(I’m good btw).’

Fans were, of course, quick to see the funny side of Tom’s misfortune, with even the University of Chichester joking on the social media site, ‘it’s like the opposite of Benson Boone’, famed for his onstage acrobatics.
Jen Patto wrote: ‘Sorry to say, its not as good as the Gemma Collins fall 😅 but close. Took it like a champ 🏆 💪.’
Fellow artist Joel Corry simply commented ‘Brooo 😩😩’, to which Tom replied ‘bro my back 😂.’
‘Let’s not be getting injured on this tour Tom,’ Tilly Styles warned, while Katie Louise Young quipped: ‘Some wish they could Slide into dm’s as smooth as Tom slides on stage 😂.’
It comes months after the Remind Me hitmaker updated fans on his painful jaw surgery following a vicious attack.
Tom was hospitalised at the age of 18 after being attacked by a group of strangers in his hometown of Bedford.

He needed to have screws and metal plates fitted to his jaw to fix his injuries, but they started to cause complications, so he underwent an operation earlier this year to have them removed.
He told The Times newspaper: ‘They were pushing themselves out of my gums … [Having surgery] was a relief for me. I’m no longer reminded of that time in my life.
‘It was like I closed the door, and that was me being released, I suppose.’
He continued: ‘‘I think that was the first time my world came crashing down, the first time I really knew what it was like to be depressed, to feel suicidal, like nobody loved me.
‘From one little thing that somebody did. One punch caused an earthquake, a tsunami. It took me years to open up.’
However, he credited the trauma from the attack with leading him to embrace songwriting and kickstart his creativity.
‘The attack was horrible, but it allowed me to open up another part of my mind. I’d never written a song before it,’ he revealed.
