<p id=”par-1_5″>Brittany Cartwright is single again. </p>
<p id=”par-2_33″><em>The Valley </em>star has ended her <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/brittany-cartwright-cleared-rumors-new-relationship-wife-put-couple-blast.html/”>relationship with Brandon Hanson</a>, she announced on the October 10 episode of her <em><a href=”https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/when-reality-hits-with-brittany-cartwright/id1678330734″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>When Reality Hits</a> </em>podcast. The two went public with their romance in August 2025.</p>
<p id=”par-3_38″>“We actually did not last,” the Bravo personality revealed. “We were very good friends before we started dating. It was a whirlwind relationship. It went into the public way sooner than we ever would have wanted it to.”</p>
<p id=”par-4_25″>Logistics played a role in the breakup, Brittany explained. He has several children, while she shares a 4-year-old son, Cruz, with <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/brittany-cartwright-horrible-relationship-jax-taylor-divorce.html/”>her ex, Jax Taylor</a>. </p>
<p id=”par-5_36″>“I could not do the long distance and he’s got a lot of obligations with his three kids and jobs,” she said. “We lived three hours away, so it was too tough to keep it going.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_8″>Brittany added that it was an amicable parting.</p>
<p id=”par-7_25″>“Hopefully we can remain friends,” she said, “but it’s just something I didn’t see that was going to be able to continue in the future.”</p>
<p id=”par-8_47″>The <em>Vanderpump Rules </em>alum went on to say that she was still recovering from the end of her four-year marriage to Taylor. That relationship ended in early 2024, with Brittany filing for divorce in August. Taylor’s substance abuse and anger issues were major factors in the split. </p>
<p id=”par-9_32″>“I still got a lot of healing to do, a lot of learning to do,” Brittany said. “So I think being single for a little bit longer is what’s best for me.”</p>
