Despite finalising their divorce over five years ago, Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are still at odds over financial assets and their daughter.

The world was shocked when in 2018, one of Hollywood’s power couples decided to end their marriage after nine years together.

Since then, the Magic Mike star has moved on with Zoe Kravitz and the pair are now engaged but keep details of their relationship fairly tight-lipped.

Meanwhile Jenna, 43, has become engaged to actor and singer Steve Kazee and is expecting their second child next month.

However, Channing, 44, has now accused his ex-wife and Step Up co-star of ‘delay tactics’ in their drawn out divorce.

The Lost City actor said Jenna was attempting to ‘prolong resolution of our financial settlement….to seek a windfall from me.’

Court documents, first published in the DailyMail, show Channing rebuffed claims from the Supergirl actress that he had hidden earnings from the Magic Mike franchise while they were still together.

‘I have never denied her share of any community assets or income. Her claims that I have “colluded with third parties” are completely false,’ he stated.

Channing added that he has always agreed for Jenna to have an interest in the lucrative male stripper franchise and he still gives her its financial updates.

A motion has since been filed by Jenna to deal with the Magic Mike revenue as an issue separate to their divorce, in an additional trial.

Spousal support has also become a sticking point for the two Step Up icons who also share their daughter Everly, 10.

Hitting back at the request, Channing said: ‘We had a short term marriage of eight years and eight months and separated over six years ago…. I believe she is now requesting spousal support from me to further delay our financial settlement’

Spousal support or maintenance is paid to a former partner when they are unable to support themselves, which he argues Jenna does not need.

He added she would get half of the community property, royalties, and other financial assets but also works in the industry herself.

The first Magic Mike movie in 2012 was co-financed by Channing and the movie’s director, Steven Soderbergh.

Together they invested $7million (£5.57million) but today, after the Last Dance in 2023 the franchise is worth $167million (£133million).
