At the 2025 Brit Awards after-party, Danny Jones and Maura Higgins were caught kissing, much to the devastation of his wife, Georgia.
The I’m A Celebrity campmates had spent the evening together at the Universal Music party before a 3am ‘brief drunken kiss’.
A year later, and the pair have been successfully avoiding each other, with Maura setting her sights on the US and Danny touring with McFly.
At the time, Danny, who has been married to Georgia since 2014 released an Instagram statement apologising to his wife and family.
Now, The Sun has revealed they’re still patching things up with the former Miss England putting one specific rule in place – she goes on nights out with him.
‘Danny and Georgia are in a really good place now,’ the source said. ‘It was incredibly difficult for Georgia, so she’s had to put some boundaries in place.’
There were initial reports that she had moved out of the family home amid the drama, with the guitarist skipping the Baftas last May at risk of a Maura run-in.
The former Love Island contestant had recently split from TOWIE star Pete Wicks when the fateful kiss happened, with their relationship reportedly coming to an end on Valentine’s Day that year.
Danny and Georgia appeared to have patched things up, jetting off on a sunny birthday beach holiday last month with the family and bandmate Dougie Poynter.
Since getting back from the birthday celebrations, they’ve been spotted partying together in London ‘like the old days’.
The source added: ‘Last week, they enjoyed a wild night at Freedom bar in Soho and it was like the old days. They were drinking and having fun and life felt really good again.
‘Danny was on top form and the club went wild when a McFly song came on – they were all loving it.’
The couple have not spoken publicly about the fallout since, but in an ad on Instagram, Georgia shared that their home is undergoing renovations.
She made cereal with their son Cooper, eight, while they sat on the floor wearing pyjamas in a ‘picnic’ style.
Last March, The Sun reported that she had returned home after a break with friends and was giving her husband a ‘second chance’.
‘The break has done Georgia a world of good,’ they said. ‘Being out of the house and with her friend Rose Mahon was what she needed to clear her head.’
‘Her relationship with Danny was pushed to breaking point, and they are still trying to work out what they want. Danny has made it clear he will do anything to make it work.’
Meanwhile, Maura has taken on the United States, appearing in The Traitors US alongside Monet X Change, Rob Rausch, and Donna Kelce.
