Gogglebox fans rallied around Ellie Warner after she shared her struggle with body image during her last pregnancy on Instagram.
The Channel 4 star, who welcomed son Ezra last June, shared pictures of herself cradling her bump at her baby shower one year ago today.
Ellie, 33, said she had only published the images now because she ‘didn’t feel confident’ at the time.
The heartbreaking confession made many of her 489K Instagram followers feel ‘so sad’.
Jenna Barberella said: ‘Didn’t feel confident! That’s so sad to hear. Thank you for sharing them now, you look beautiful.’
Empathising with Ellie, Kate Johnson commented: ‘You looked so beautiful! Isn’t it awful that we don’t see the beauty in ourselves at the time? You look gorgeous.’

Grace Craig also said: ‘Really wished you’d felt confident to share, you look absolutely beautiful. Honestly, truly beautiful. And not just pregnancy glow, just really lovely.’
In the pictures, Ellie is wearing a purple dress with a flower print and a matching floral crown.
There are also images of the baby shower cake, donuts, welcome sign complete with balloons and her guests.
She captioned the post: ‘Can’t believe it’s been 1 whole year since my baby shower! I didn’t feel confident sharing pictures at the time. Safe to say I don’t ever get the chance to look this good now.’

Ellie’s candid post comes after she revealed she had to take little Ezra to hospital twice in the past few weeks due to bronchiolitis – a viral chest infection that affects babies.
‘March dump! Nothing spectacular or eventful, Ezra had two hospital stays for bronchiolitis, first Mother’s Day, back to work after maternity leave, went on some walks!’ she wrote on Instagram in April.
‘I like the simple life what can I say.
‘Ezra is doing well now. I’m just putting this up here for balance, social media is saturated with everyone’s gorgeous Easter photos, but remember not everything is as you see on social media.’

Ellie first introduced little Ezra to the world on Gogglebox and was seen holding him in the opening moments of the show before handing him to her sister Izzi.
Just as the show began airing, Ellie also took to social media to share a first snap of her son with followers, and revealed his gorgeous name.
She shared a sweet snap of the newborn napping and wrapped in a blanket, writing in a caption: ‘Sweet baby Ezra.
‘He has made our lives complete. We love you so much son.’
Ezra is Ellie’s first child with Nat Eddleston, who last year was left fighting for his life following a car crash, prompting her to take a break from the show.
Ellie has appeared on Gogglebox alongside her sister Izzi since 2015.
