After a flood of complaints from disgruntled fans who attended the launch of Harry Styles’ new global tour, he is addressing the ‘concerns’.

The As It Was hitmaker, 32, kicked off his highly anticipated run of concerts, Together, Together, in Amsterdam last week to promote his new album, Kiss All the Time, Disco Occasionally.

Dressed in a stripped-down shirt and tie, the concert takes fans through the highlights of his new album as well as his career hits while he runs around a vast stage connected by bridges – and executes minimal choreography.

For the most part, fans were left unimpressed by the plain staging and run-of-the-mill pagenatry. But there was a spike of backlash over the view from the VIP sections closer to the stage.

According to those attending, including Metro’s very own Danni Scott, there were several chunks of time when, due to the angle of the bridges, Harry was simply not visible to the audience, instead obscured by 10ft walkways.

This is especially galling since tickets in those sections total in the hundreds. Taking the criticism on board, Harry Styles HQ released a statement on social media.

‘We’ve heard concerns from some fans regarding sightline obstructions on the floor. We want every person in the room to have the best experience possible, and we are actively working on making adjustments to improve visibility, while keeping everyone’s safety a priority,’ the statement began.

Explaining exactly what adjustments were happening, it continued: ‘Beginning Friday, the front bridges will be altered in Amsterdam and London.

‘For future venues, we are working as quickly as possible to make adjustments that also fit within safety code and local compliance. In the meantime, temporary barricade adjustments have been made to the left and right front GA pits for tonight’s show to improve stage visibility.’

They concluded by thanking fans for their ‘patience and understanding.’

The swift response from the One Direction star’s team has been met with praise.

Harry Styles Together, Together tour review

Metro’s music expert Danni Scott shares her four-star review of Harry Style’s tour…

American Girls, Ready Steady Go, and Dance No More are all packed into this section, with Harry even including a choreographed dance for the latter.

It’s nowhere near his huge Aperture performance from the Brits but it showed he is attempting to elevate his already energetic performance style. Maybe there’s a Dua Lipa-level dance glow-up incoming.

He was beaming for the entire two-hour set, barely stopping to chat between tracks, but when he did, he made every second count, interacting with fans and joking that Sign of the Times was a ‘new song he wrote backstage’.

Harry told the crowd he just wanted everyone to ‘dance’ and have a good time, at one point explaining how his wish was for everyone to have a party free from their phones.

‘This is amazing! I love that these teams are working together to ensure both a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved,’ Xan wrote on X.

‘I’m thankful to all the people who made their voices heard instead of simply accepting a bad stage design, this change is happening thanks to the fans that spoke out!!!!’ chi declared.

‘This is actually so impressive… it was so quick and so considerate… thank you,’ feds agreed.

It’s been a big year for Harry as he returns to the stage for the first time in three years and reportedly puts a ring on his relationship with Zoe Kravitz, who was there to support her fiancee for his opening night.

After Amsterdam, Harry jets into London, followed by Brazil, Mexico, a residency in New York, and then wrapping this leg up in Australia in December.
