‘Home Alone’ Star Rushed to Hospital; Survived Medical Emergency
An actor from the beloved ’90s Christmas film “Home Alone” has been rushed to the hospital on after suffering a medical emergency, TMZ reports.
The outlet learned on October 14, 2025, that Daniel Stern, best known for his role as “Marv” in the holiday franchise, was rushed to the emergency room earlier this month, but he’s now recovering. Read on for details.
‘Home Alone’ Actor Is ‘Doing Well’ After Hospital Trip
The TMZ report says Stern’s emergency took happened on October 7, and the cause of the medical incident is unclear. It is known that the Ventura County Fire Department responded to a home in Somis, California, which is located 54 miles from Los Angeles.
The fire department revealed the actor received a preliminary assessment by firefighters before being transported to the hospital. He has since been released and is “doing well,” according to the story.
Fans will remember Stern’s “Home Alone” character for making up one half of the pair of burglar who attempt a robbery on the McCallister family’s home after Kevin’s parents leave for a Christmas vacation.
