Who is the Host & Musical Guest for December 13?

This will be O’Connor’s first time hosting the late-night show. The actor is best known for his roles on the Emmy-winning series “The Crown,” critically-acclaimed film “Challengers,” and the newest “Knives Out” mystery, “Wake Up Dead Man,” which premiered on Netflix Friday, December 12 just before his hosting debut.
NBCUniversalAllen, who just released her newest album “West End Girl,” is returning to “Saturday Night Live” for the second time. The last time she headlined the show was back in February 2007.

‘SNL’ Schedule for the Rest of December 2025
To close out 2025, “Wicked: For Good” star Ariana Grande will serve as the host and Cher as the musical guest on Saturday, December 20.
This will be Grande’s third time hosting the show. Her first time was when she served as both host and musical guest back in 2016, and most recently, she hosted the show in October 2024.
After nearly 40 years, Cher will return as a musical guest, though she made a few notable cameo appearances. Her debut performance was in 1987.
“A Saturday Night Live Christmas,” the show’s annual holiday special, will be airing Thursday, December 18 and again on Monday, December 22 at 9/8c.Â
The Major Cast Changes for ‘SNL’ Season 51
“Saturday Night Live” went through a cast shake-up following its milestone 50th season. Devon Walker, Emil Wakim, Michael Longfellow, Heidi Gardner and Ego Nwodim all announced their exits in recent weeks, and the television series added some fresh faces to the mix for season 51, with Tommy Brennan, Jeremy Culhane, Ben Marshall, Kam Patterson and Veronika Slowikowska all joining as featured players, alongside returnees Ashley Padilla and Jane Wickline.
That group will join returning cast members Michael Che, Mikey Day, Andrew Dismukes, Chloe Fineman, Marcello Hernández, James Austin Johnson, Colin Jost, Sarah Sherman, Kenan Thompson and Bowen Yang.
