Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband, Ojani Noa, has accused the singer of being a ‘cheater’ after she said she had never been loved.
The pair were only married briefly in the 90s but actor Ojani, 51, claimed he was ‘in love’ with her and had wanted to make the relationship work but she was ‘the problem’.
His statement was sparked by Jennifer’s comments on Howard Stern, who asked if she had been ‘truly loved’, to which she replied, ‘No’.
The 56-year-old star said in the interview: ‘What I learned, it’s not that I’m not lovable – it’s that they’re not capable…They don’t have it in them!’
On Instagram, Ojani wrote: ‘Stop putting us down. Stop putting me down with your victim card. The problem is not us. Not me.
‘The problem is you. You’re the one who couldn’t keep it in your pants.’

Ojani was Jennifer’s first husband, tying the knot in February 1997 after her split with childhood sweetheart, David Cruz.
The relationship lasted until January 1998, with the pair later having legal battles over the publication of his memoir and private footage in a documentary.
‘You have been “loved” a few times,’ he continued. ‘You have been married 4 times. And have had countless relationships in between. You’ve had good relationships… Me for example.’
He claimed he chose to divorce her as he ‘couldn’t stay anymore’ as she was putting her career ahead of their marriage.

While they were together, Jennifer had just broken through to the mainstream with her starring role in the Selena biopic, making her the first Latina actress to earn $1,000,000.
It was during this period that she also began to pursue her singing career, with her debut album On the 6 released in 1999.
Ojani continued: ‘I was in love with you… I moved out of state to support, protect and care for you. I’m an amazing, loving person, great human being. Honest, faithful to you, never lied, never [misbehaved], never cheated on you.
‘I was good to you. I’m too good of a [man] for you. You decided to lie, to cheat on me and even though I stayed… You begged me to keep the marriage intact to avoid bad press… But you went for the fast lane of your career/stardom not caring about me, you wanted to continue cheating and lying.’

He concluded his statement by telling his ex to ‘tell the truth for once’, he added: ‘You should be embarrassed, ashamed of yourself.’
JLo has not responded to the callout and comments are currently switched off on Ojani’s post.
After their relationship ended, the Let’s Get Loud singer began an on-off romance with producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who has recently been jailed after a huge trial.
By 2001, the pair had split and she had married backing dancer Cris Judd but just two years later the relationship had fizzled and Jennifer’s most famous romance had begun.

She and Ben Affleck were first spotted in mid-2002 but ended up splitting in 2004 before reconciling in 2021.
Jennifer once called this her ‘first real heartbreak’ and dedicated her film This Is Me… Now, to him as the pair finally got married after years of speculation.
However, the rekindled romance was short-lived as by August 2024, JLo had filed for divorce, which was finalised earlier this year.
Her longest marriage was to singer Marc Anthony, with who she shares two children. The pair were together from 2004 until 2010, with the official split four years later.
