The former reality TV star kept himself busy calling his wife and shooting off emails to pretty much anyone who would listen. A recent release of more than a dozen emails that Josh sent while in county lockup paints a picture of a chaotic and pretty angry individual.</p>

<p id=”par-5_91″>In one particularly pointed email, the father of seven thanks his wife for a series of photos before ultimately devolving into a tirade about the comments his siblings made following his arrest. In the email, he wrote that a particular psalm was applicable, considering recent “commentary.” He used initials to conceal who he was referring to, but it can be ascertained that he was referencing <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/jinger-and-jeremy-vuolo-says-the-last-week-felt-like-years-following-joseph-duggars-arrest.html/”>Jeremy Vuolo and Jinger Vuolo, </a>Jill Dillard and Derick Dillard, John-David and Abbie Duggar, and Bobye Holt, a former Duggar family friend who testified against him.</p>
<p id=”par-6_57″>The psalm in question, Psalm 39, references holding one’s tongue when the “ungodly” are around. It appears he was suggesting his siblings, many of whom issued public statements following his arrest, his conviction, and later his sentencing, are “ungodly.” In earlier emails, Anna Duggar insisted Josh’s siblings were making things “worse” by going public about his crimes.</p>
