Kris Jenner struggled to fight back the tears as she announced she had been diagnosed with a tumour in the trailer for The Kardashians season 5.
The momager, 68, shared the results of a recent medical examination with her daughters in a teaser for the upcoming reality show.
‘I had my scan, they found a cyst and like a little tumour,’ Kris said, breaking down, to her devastated family.
Kendall Jenner, 28, and Khloe Kardashian, 39, both look shellshocked by their mother’s announcement, while Kris’ boyfriend Corey Gamble, 48, is seen with his head in his hands.
Kylie Jenner, 26, burst into tears prompting her supermodel sister Kendall to run over and give her a comforting hug.
No further details were given about her health in the trailer.

The teaser also showed the medical complications Kourtney Kardashian, 45, experienced with her now six-month-old son Rocky.
Earlier in her pregnancy, the Poosh founder said she had undergone ‘urgent foetal surgery’ and her drummer husband Travis Barker abandoned his Blink-182 shows in the UK and Ireland to be at her side.
In the trailer, the cameras appeared to be rolling at the moment Kourtney videocalled her mother, telling her she had to go in for emergency surgery.
‘This is really crazy, I just want Kourtney to be OK,’ Kris said, becoming emotional.

Cameras filmed Kourtney in hospital, and she later described the situation as ‘terrifying.’
It comes after Khloe described how a ‘tiny little dot’ on her face that she thought was acne was melanoma in the previous season of the show.
According to the NHS, melanoma is a type of skin cancer that can spread to other areas of the body and the main cause of the disease is ultraviolet light.
Khloe later urged fans to check their bodies in an Instagram post.

Elsewhere The Kardashians season 5 trailer also showed Khloe coming to blows with Kim over an undisclosed situation.
The Good American founder raged: ‘Sisters can be vicious and brutal.’
Meanwhile, Kim savagely remarked: ‘Khloe is unbearable these days.’
The Kardashians season five premieres on May 23 on Disney Plus in the UK.
