According to several sources, Kroy was granted a $100,000 line of credit from Sky Warrior, a company that offers credit lines for those gambling at Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas.</p>

The unresolved balance sat until 2023, when Sky Warrior sued the former Atlanta Falcon to recoup the lost money. While the lawsuit was initially filed in New Jersey, it was later moved to Fulton County, where a judgment was officially entered.</p>
<p id=”par-4_37″>Kroy is on the hook for $52,500 in principal and $12,000 in attorneys’ fees and interest. He was ordered to pay $64,500. Biermann was reportedly served with the post-judgment order at his Georgia home on August 28.</p>
