Love Island fans disgusted after star suggests having foursome with his brother

Love Island proved it still has some twists up its sleeve earlier this series, when Aidan Murphy’s younger brother Kavan arrived as a bombshell.

The brothers from Kent, who aren’t identical twins, but may as well be if you’re looking at them, were briefly vying over Ellie’s attention in the villa.

But now Aidan’s attentions have been diverted towards Yasmin, leaving Kavan to try things on with Ellie.

Except the 23-year-old has grossed out fans with an off-hand suggestion that the four of them could just ‘have a foursome’ instead.

The comment was made during Sunday night’s episode of the ITV2 dating show, after Aidan dodged Yasmin’s questioning over whether he still has eyes on Ellie.

Then, as she walked past with his brother Kavan, he yelled out the jokey suggestion to them, to which Kavan said, ‘I’m down.’

The exchange might have tickled Kavan, but it didn’t go down quite so well with Love Island viewers.

Lena wrote on X: ‘Why don’t we have a foursome? I know Aidan is obviously joking but considering the other man in that scenario is his BROTHER? Weird af.’

Reha questioned, ‘What is this, incest island?’ while Jono compared it to the infamous White Lotus season three storyline, in which the Ratliff brothers, played by Patrick Schwarzenegger and Sam Nivola, engage in a sex act together during a threesome. 

Maia added: ‘I need this Aiden guy out cus why are you joking about a foursome with your own brother tf weirdo.’

It might surprise fans to learn this isn’t the first time the double act has made such a joke, having posted a TikTok back in March which riffed on similar lines.

In the clip shared to Aidan’s account, he walks down the street with the words ‘Her: You come over – bring your mate as well,’ overlaid on top.

The camera then pans to his brother Kavan waiting on the pavement, with ‘My mate’ written over him. Each to their own, it obviously wasn’t a dealbreaker with clinching their spot in the villa.

Kavan has previously admitted that he won’t shy away from a bit of healthy rivalry with his sib, saying before he entered the villa: ‘The only real competition might be my brother if he’s in there before me.’
