Molly-Mae Hague has revealed that she has already picked out the name for her second baby – and everyone is going ‘to hate’ the unusual moniker.
The former Love Island star and influencer stunned fans last month when she said that she was almost six months pregnant with her second child.
The 26-year-old already has daughter Bambi, three, with her boxer partner Tommy Fury; the couple – who were engaged in 2023 – split in 2024 but quietly got back together last year.
In a new vlog, Molly-Mae shared: ‘I think we’re pretty much set on a name now, which is crazy.
‘Also just can’t wait for everyone to hate it, obviously it’s a different name – we were never going to call our baby just an ordinary name, that was never going to happen.’
Teasing it further, the businesswoman also said that she’d ‘actually only ever heard of one other baby being called this name’.
‘Whenever I see cool baby name lists on TikTok, I have never, ever, ever seen this name in any of these lists, which is just really quite original of us,’ she added.
Molly-Mae then explained that she knew someone who knew someone with a child with the name they’ve chosen.
‘Can’t wait for everyone to literally probably dislike it and be like ‘da f***?’, but yeah, it was never gonna be an ordinary name guys, let’s be honest,’ she reasoned.
Their young daughter’s name is most closely associated with the 1942 Disney film, which follows the adventures of the young fawn of the same name, but has various other meanings including a young girl or ‘child’ in Italian, a diminutive of the word ‘bambina’.
Elsewhere Molly-Mae also announced that she had ‘less than ten weeks left’ of her pregnancy, which puts her in line with the rumoured due date of mid-June.
She sat out her niece’s hen party over the weekend, as Venezuela Fury, 16, celebrated her impending nuptials to Noah Price, 17 – who did make a ‘surprise visit’ to the bash.
Venezuela is Paris and Tyson Fury’s eldest child of seven and featured in the family’s Netflix show At Home With The Furys.
As reported by The Sun, Molly-Mae sat out of the celebrations as she was working away, which Metro also understands to be the case.
‘She’s also heavily pregnant, so might not have enjoyed a night out with a load of excitable teenage girls,’ a source added.
The insider continued: ‘[Molly-Mae’s] very close to Paris, who has been a real rock to her, and there are no hard feelings that she wasn’t there.’
Maebe founder Molly-Mae had previously sent her congratulations to Venezuela after she announced her engagement via social media.
She also appeared on the Stand Up to Cancer celebrity charity special of the Great British Bake Off alongside JoJo Siwa, writer Richard Herring and comedian Babatunde Aleshe.
The four stars were tasked with making traybakes, tarte tatin and childhood toys in biscuits.
Vying to impress the judges, TV cook Paul Hollywood and pastry chef Cherish Finden, Molly-Mae was ultimately declared the winner of the episode and received coveted a star baker apron.
