This year’s Days of Play sale includes PlayStation 5 game discounts upwards of 75%, including PS Plus subscriptions.
Sony’s annual Days of Play sale is now live, which means we have UK prices on its various discounts across PlayStation 5 video games and hardware.
The bad news is, as was leaked beforehand, there are no savings on consoles, so the PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro remain upsettingly expensive.
Existing PlayStation 5 owners, meanwhile, can take full advantage of Sony’s offers, which includes discounts on the collector’s edition of Ghost Of Yōtei and PlayStation Plus subscriptions.
The Ghost Of Yōtei collector’s edition normally costs a whopping £219.99, but it’s currently being sold for £129.99, which is £90 cheaper. For that, you’re not only getting a digital copy of the game and a host of in-game extras, but also physical items like a display mask and a sash.
As for PlayStation Plus, the discounts only apply to 12-month subscriptions, but all three tiers are included. A PS Plus Essential subscription is 20% off at £47.99, a PS Plus Extra subscription is 25% off at £74.99, and a PS Plus Premium subscription is 33% off at £80.39.

This comes less than a week after Sony bumped up PS Plus prices, though none of the 12-month subscriptions were impacted by this.
Sony is also selling its PlayStation VR2 headset for £90 less than usual at £309.99. If you’re at all interested, though, you should go for the bundle that includes Horizon Call Of The Mountain since it’s the exact same price.
Be warned though that while the PlayStation VR2 is an impressive piece of hardware, Sony has largely given up on supporting it.
The company hasn’t released a dedicated VR game since 2023, the same year the headset launched, and hasn’t announced any new VR games either, leaving it to third party developers to keep supporting it.
If you’re in need of a new controller, Sony is selling DualSense controllers across a range of colours for £20 less. The standard white and black ones are now £44.99, while the fancier looking ones are £49.99.
Limited edition controllers based on select games are discounted to £54.99, though not the newly released 007 First Light controller. Meanwhile, the DualSense Edge is £30 off but it’s still pretty pricey at £169.99, and the special Access controller is £20 cheaper at £49.99.
Audiophiles can snap up a wireless headset for £89.99 (£40 off) or wireless earbuds for £154.99 (£45 off) and while the PlayStation 5 itself isn’t discounted, console covers are all £10 cheaper, ranging from £34.99 to £54.99 depending on the colour.
Lastly, of course, hundreds of PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 games are up to 75% off. There’re obviously too many to list, but we’ve included some of the best offers below, with the highlights being Ghost Of Yōtei and Resident Evil Requiem, which just so happens to have a new demo out today too.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is also generously discounted, which is smart timing as CD Projekt announced a new DLC expansion earlier this morning, albeit one that’s not out till next year.

When does Days of Play 2026 end?
Days of Play is scheduled to run for the next two weeks, so it will wrap up on Wednesday, June 10. So, if you have your eye on any discounted games, it’s best to snap them up ASAP before the prices return to normal.
