Taylor Swift shocked the world by announcing a new album through the New Heights podcast, which her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce. But now, we officially know what the cover looks like, what the track list is, and most importantly, when it will be released.
Swift posted on Instagram at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday night, including a series of photos with the first being her album cover.
She followed that up with the track list, which includes 12 songs.

And with that, the album will officially be out on October 3.
Taylor Swift Credits New Heights With Getting Her a Boyfriend
New Heights is the first podcast Swift has ever done in her career, opening up about so much. And that includes how her relationship with Travis Kelce began.
âThis podcast got me a boyfriend, ever since Travis decided to use it as his personal dating app about two years ago,â Swift said on the episode.
And with that, she was both shocked and amazed by the lengths Travis went to try to meet her.
âIt was such a wild, romantic gesture to be like, âI want to date you!,ââ Swift said.
And it clearly worked!
Taylor Swift Makes Big Announcement at the Same Time as New Heights
At the same time that Swift was making her New Heights debut, she also released some new things for her album on her website.
The singer had already allowed fans to preorder the vinyl, a CD with a poster, and a cassette. But now, she has released four deluxe CDs that are available while supplies last. And of course, there are four different colors.
The orange CD is titled “The Life of a Showgirl: Sweat and Vanilla Perfume” Edition. The red CD is “The Life of a Showgirl: It’s Frightening,” while the Purple one is “The Life of a Showgirl: It’s Rapturous.” And lastly, the silver CD is “The Life of a Showgirl: It’s Beautiful.”
Each CD comes with a jewel case with a collectible front and back cover, one disc with collectible artwork, a collectible 8-page booklet that includes never-before-seen photos and song lyrics, three double sided photo cards on high gloss card stock with a unique envelope, a jewelry bow with a metallic foil embossed TS logo on top, a keychain/bag charm with “Taylor Swift” engraved, which all comes in a high gloss bow featuring the front and back cover album artwork.
