She further pointed out that if the celebrity owners decided to sell their mansion one day, she would be stuck living near a damaged sewer line. </p>
<p id=”par-4_68″>Another neighbor brought the board’s attention to the possibility of deer crashing into the fence the pop star and her husband put around their house. The <em>Opalite </em>singer has nearly eight properties in her real estate portfolio. These include her Rhode Island mansion, Beverly Hills estate, and several properties in Tribeca. </p>
