<p id=”par-2_77″>Nathan Griffith’s time at the Clark County Detention Center is over for now. Griffith was remanded to the detention center back in late April. He was sentenced to at least 14 months behind bars in May. Now, he’s on to his next home. Griffith was transferred to Southern Desert Correctional Center, a medium-security prison, for the rest of his term. The center is located within the Las Vegas city limits, which should make visits easy for Oyola.</p>

Technically, he could be released as soon as July 2026, provided he exhibits good behavior. Upon release, Griffith will be expected to adhere to a series of strict requirements. The Nevada resident has had difficulty following court orders in the past. Probation violations are pretty common for the veteran. Griffith was on probation after <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/nathan-griffiths-criminal-cases-how-many-times-has-he-been-accused-of-strangulation.html/”>strangling his sister</a> in a July 2023 attack when he was arrested for attacking Anastasia Biddle. He was prohibited from drinking alcohol as a condition of that probation, but he was drunk when police approached him.</p>
