The Weakest Link viewers have been left gobsmacked after a group of celebrities struggled through the quiz show.
On Saturday night, the Party Show special aired on BBC, with host Romesh Ranganathan tasked with asking the group of famous faces a series of general knowledge questions.
Those competing to raise money for their chosen charity were Scarlett Moffatt, Richie Anderson, Christine McGuinness, Louisa Lytton, David Potts, Babatunde Aleshe, Seann Walsh and Janette Manrara.
However, in the very first round some of their answers were truly baffling.
It Takes Two host Janette Manrara was asked: ‘People in glass houses shouldn’t throw what? Parties or Stones?’
Instead of choosing one of the options she instead threw out another – trying her luck with ‘sticks’.

Celebrity Big Brother winner David Potts was then asked: ‘Beginning with W, what is the compact name of a cassette tape player first released in 1979?’
Wasting no time throwing out an answer he declared ‘Wikipedia’, before being told it was actually a Walkman.
Many of the other contestants also struggled through, with viewers sharing their thoughts on social media almost immediately.
‘This should be renamed The Thickest Link’ Berndatte quipped on X.
‘No words. Not even embarrassing. Simply dreadful and insulting. Awful,’ user paboy113 commented.

‘This is painful,’ Catherine declared while another called what they were watching ‘alarming’.
Meanwhile El thanked the show for ‘giving me a good laugh and making me feel smart tonight’.
Even Romesh made it clear he was confused by some of their efforts, telling the group: ‘That’s the first time I’ve finished a round and gone “are you guys ok?”’
Their game plans were even more confusing after they began voting off the strongest players each round.

But by the end, it was former Gogglebox star Scarlett who emerged victories.
After going head-to-head with Richie and then facing Sudden Death, Scarlett had to answer a politics question.
Although she had no confidence, she’d answer it correctly she managed to do so, guessing an anagram of Romance to be the surname of former Prime Minister David Cameron.
Bursting into laughter, Scarlett was in complete shock. She then revealed the £7650 in prize money would be going to Samaritans.
The Weakest Link: Party Special is streaming on BBC iPlayer.
