A teen was fatally shot in South Loop Wednesday night, according to Chicago police.
The 16-year-old boy was found with a gunshot wound to the neck in the 1100 block of South Michigan Avenue at 9:05 p.m., police said.
He was taken to Northwestern Hospital in serious condition and later died.
No one is in custody.
