Seven people were injured in a collision involving two cars and a Metro bus in Reseda on Friday morning, Sept. 18, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
The crash happened just after 9:45 a.m. at Sherman Way and Etiwanda Avenue. Seven people were injured and six of them were taken to a hospital, according to fire authorities.
Circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately known, but footage of the scene showed a white sedan crumpled into the back of a Metro bus and a silver SUV damaged nearby.
The patients’ ages, genders and conditions were not immediately available.
The crash follows a Metro bus crash in Chatsworth earlier this week in which two people were killed after the driver of an SUV slammed into the bus. The driver of the SUV, 36-year-old Simi Valley resident Bailee Lynn Rios, was arrested, accused of being intoxicated and driving recklessly, and was charged with second-degree murder, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
