A body was found near Metra tracks Tuesday in Humboldt Park on the West Side.
The person, described only as a male, was found by the tracks near the intersection of Chicago and Kedzie avenues sometime Tuesday, Metra officials said.
The person wasn’t found on the tracks and wasn’t struck by a train, according to Metra police.
Metra Milwaukee District West Line trains were stopped for “a few minutes” but no major delays were reported as trains were able to operate at restricted speeds, officials said.
No further information was immediately available.
