A TODDLER has been left in a serious condition after falling from a window with four people arrested on suspicion of child neglect.
The youngster was rushed to hospital after reportedly falling from the top storey of a property in Southampton.

Two women aged 26 and 45 have been arrested on suspicion of assault/ill-treatment/ neglect and abandonment of a child/young person.
Police are also quizzing two men aged 29 and 45 in custody for the same offence.
The horror unfolded on Wednesday night as emergency crews were scrambled to the three-storey block of flats.
Stunned neighbours told how an air ambulance landed nearby before the boy was taken to hospital.
One said: “The emergency services were there for a long time. Our windows only open a little bit, then open out wide when you turn them the other way.
“It was horrible. People couldn’t believe it was a child. I just hope he is alright.”
While Jan Hunt, 72, added: “It’s awful. I never expected it to be a child, especially this lovely boy. I am gobsmacked.”
Hampshire Police confirmed they were called to the scene and that all four suspects remain custody.
A spokesperson added: “It was reported that the boy had fallen from a window. He has been taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
“Police attended and carried out inquiries into the circumstances of the incident.”
