Disorderly Conduct, Probation Violation/Rearrest, Contempt of Court/Violating Protective Order: Two people were having an argument on Winchester Boulevard. One was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. The suspect was also in violation of a restraining order filed against him by the person he was arguing with. The suspect was arrested and was in violation of parole.
Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance/Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia: Someone on Camden Avenue was contacted after knocking on doors at a motel and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. The suspect was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Organized Retail Theft: Two suspects stole about $1,200 worth of tools from a store on East Hamilton Avenue and fled.
Mail Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia: Someone on Union Avenue was contacted and found to be in possession of credit cards, drivers licenses, Social Security numbers and mail belonging to others. The suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had outstanding warrants.
Mail Theft: Two suspects stole mail from mailboxes on Adler Avenue.

Driving Under the Influence, Hit and Run Collision, Property Damage: Someone drove a vehicle into a city tree. The suspect fled the scene and was located in a nearby parking lot, where they displayed objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication. The suspect was found to be driving under the influence.
Battery on Police Officer, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia: Someone on Winchester Boulevard was contacted and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.The suspect had paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant, and resisted arrest and kicked a police officer.

Credit Card Fraud: Someone used another person’s personal identifying information to open a credit account and spent $4,000.
Grand Theft: Someone obtained another person’s $2,250 check, then altered and cashed it for $32,000.
Evading Police Officer, Wanton Disregard for Public Safety, Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia: Officers located a vehicle at South Winchester Boulevard and Sunnyside Avenue that was wanted by the San Jose Police Department for evading and burglary. They attempted to do a vehicle stop, but the driver fled in wanton disregard of public safety. Officers located the suspect at a different location and made an arrest.

Burglary, Theft by Use of Access Card Information: Someone forced entry into a vehicle on Normandy Drive through the driver’s door and then rummaged through the interior. The suspect stole a wallet with personal identifying information and credit cards. The same person fled in a dark sedan and used a credit card at an unknown location.

Hit and Run Collision/Property Damage: Someone collided with another person’s vehicle at West Hamilton Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard and fled the scene.
