GEHA Field at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium will host six matches, and the philanthropist and model tells Page Six that her Chiefs-forward style will take a distinct yet still fun and fashionable turn this summer. “You’ll see me in sort of my game-day classics, but I think we’ll go a little more sporty than what you would typically see me in for Chiefs game day,” she told the publication.

Sporting a mix of preppy graphic tees, a suitably Chiefs-inspired polo and red accessories for a patriotic-yet-sporty look, Abrams celebrated the tournament’s official kickoff with chic looks and signature hits of her hometown team’s colors. The likes of Shakira and Katy Perry appeared at FIFA kickoff celebrations ahead of three of the first four matches across North America, signaling a vibrant start to the hotly anticipated tourney.

“We have a fashion cycle here in the United States that changes as the seasons change and trends come and go. But what I’m super excited about is to see international style,” she told Page Six. Ahead of the tournament, Hunt is still on the lookout for ways to freshen up her NFL-centric looks. “I need to pull some inspo,” she added. “I can’t wait to see what people are bringing in from around the world, and then maybe that’ll impact some of my game-day style this fall.”

The appeal of an international crowd flocking to Kansas City and to popular stadiums across the U.S. is the perfect showcase for global sporting fashion, Hunt said. ““I can’t wait to see what people in Brazil are rocking to support the Brazilian national team. And what are people in Germany [wearing]? I think that’s one of the most fun things about the World Cup, is seeing all of the fashion from around the world culminate and mix at these World Cup games,” she added.

With a suite of new looks on the horizon for World Cup, Gracie Hunt is already making a splash.
