Cool opportunity to try ice skating outdoors in Woodland Hills

Woodland Hills on Ice is a temporary outdoor ice rink, in the parking lot of the former Woodland Hills Promenade mall, where nobody has to know how to ice skate.

Instead Rinktopia, the company that produces this event, provides “training wheels” that provide support and stability so that anyone can skate.

Tickets are $24 per person for a 90-minute skating session including skates rental; $39 per person includes basic skating session, skates rental, plus an ice-tubing slide (minimum height required is 42″). The add-on ticket for the ice-tubing slide is $20, ensuring shorter wait times and unlimited rides during your session. Add it to your skating ticket during online checkout, or at the venue, but ice-tubing is subject to availability at the venue.

Find all of the details in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section including ice-tubing on “Frosty’s Summit” that is billed as “LA’s only ice slide,” and also, how to purchase tickets in advance to assure day and time you want: https://woodlandhillsonice.ticketspice.com/woodland-hills-on-ice#buy-tickets

Suggestions on what to wear include warm layers, comfortable pants, and thick socks. Gloves are recommended for comfort and safety.
