Noteworthy: Mape won her matches in the semifinals and finals of the CIF Southern Section Division 2 beach volleyball championships on Saturday at Long Beach City College. She is a first-team all-league player and didn’t lose a game all weekend. Oaks Christian defeated Long Beach Wilson in the semifinals and Capistrano Valley Christian in the final to win the Division 2 title.
