DAILY NEWS BASEBALL FINAL TOP 10

1. Harvard-Westlake (23-4-1 overall, 15-1-1 Mission League)

The Wolverines finished the regular season on a six-game win streak, which included series sweeps of Loyola and Alemany. They outscored their final two Mission League opponents 50-17.

Duncan Marsten was 2 for 3 at the plate with a double, a triple and five RBIs in a 10-3 league-finale win over Alemany.

2. Westlake (24-4, 12-3 Marmonte League)

Westlake won its first Marmonte League title since 2011 when it beat Oaks Christian 1-0 on Wednesday. The Warriors went on to beat Notre Dame 3-2 on Saturday.

Dylan Volantis pitched a one-hitter on Wednesday and Westlake won Thursday’s game against the Lions, 4-2.

3. Chaminade (19-9, 11-6 Mission League)

The Mission League runner-up beat St. Francis 1-0 and 15-2 last week to close out league play.

Jackson Tyler was 1 for 2 with an RBI in the 1-0 win as Eli Stephens gave up two hits in six innings with three strikeouts. Vinny Van der Wel went 4 for 5 at the plate in the 15-2 victory with four RBIs, two runs and a home run. Greg Rangel was 4 for 4 with four RBIs, three runs and a home run.

4. Oaks Christian (14-13, 9-6 Marmonte League)

The Lions’ three games last week against Westlake were competitive. They beat the Warriors 3-2 to start the week, and their two losses came by two runs or less.

Oaks Christian made some big defensive plays in its 1-0 loss to Westlake on Wednesday. Shortstop Elijah Clayton made a long throw to home plate to throw out out a Warriors runner and hold Westlake to one run.

5. Calabasas (19-9, 10-5 Marmonte League)

Calabasas won two out of three games against Agoura to finish as the Marmonte League runner-up.

Matthew Witkow went 1 for 3 at the plate with one RBI and Zach Rubinstein was 2 for 3 with an RBI in Friday’s 5-2 win over the Chargers.

6. Hart (21-5, 10-2 Foothill League)

Hart closed out its league-championship season with a 9-4 win and a 13-0 shutout of Canyon. The program has now won 32 league titles.

7. West Ranch (18-8-1, 9-3 Foothill League)

The Foothill League runner-up beat Golden Valley twice to rebound from two league losses to Hart.

Mikey Murr was 1 for 2 with a three-run home run in the Wildcats’ 6-1 win against the Grizzlies. Brett Ishikawa was 2 for 3 with two RBIs and Ty Diaz was 1 for 3 with an RBI. Jackson Banuelos pitched 5 2/3 innings and gave up one hit while recording nine strikeouts.

8. Notre Dame (18-9-1, 10-6-1 Mission League)

The Knights beat Crespi twice before losing 3-2 to Westlake and finished third in the Mission League.

Levi Sterling went 2 for 4 with three RBIs, a double and a home run in a 6-0 win against Crespi on Wednesday. Erik Puodziunas pitched a one-hitter and struck out four.

9. Sierra Canyon (16-10-2, 7-8-2 Mission League)

Sierra Canyon lost two games against Loyola to end the regular season but still finished in the top half of the Mission League standings.

Cody Gallegos was 3 for 4 with an RBI and a run and Greyson Gullage was 1-for-3 with an RBI.

10. Birmingham (16-7-1, 11-0 West Valley League)

Two weeks remain in CIF City Section baseball and Birmingham is still unbeaten in league play.

Jayb Dalumpines had one hit and an RBI in the Patriots’ 3-0 shutout of Taft last week. Andrew Valdez hit a double and scored a run and Ernesto Martinez drove in a run on a sacrifice fly.

Next five: Granada Hills Charter (17-7 overall, 10-1 West Valley League); Moorpark (15-10-1 overall, 7-4-1 Coastal Canyon); Saugus (16-13 overall, 9-3 Foothill League), Simi Valley (14-11-2 overall, 6-5-1 Coastal Canyon); Trinity Classical Academy (19-0 overall, 12-0 Heritage League)
