Red-white-and-blue sweets and a few deals will be available at restaurants on the Fourth of July.
Most chains will be open on the holiday but some locations may have special hours. Both In-N-Out Burger and Chick-fil-A, which close for major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, will be open, according to their websites.
Here are some of the promotions announced on chains’ websites, through social media or in news releases. Most deals are for Friday, July 4, but some run through the weekend.

Krispy Kreme: Limited-time doughnuts include Freedom Ring, with red and white stripes and blue sprinkles, and USA Party, festooned with candy stars. Pollo Campero: A Fourth of July feast includes 22 pieces of fried dark-meat chicken, four sides and 22 rolls or tortillas. It’s available through July 6, which is National Fried Chicken Day, and can be ordered online. campero.com
Polly’s Pies: The chain’s Pie for the People campaign will run through July 4. Customers are invited to donate a $15 pie to be delivered to active-duty military, veterans or first responders. Polly’s will add a third pie for every two donated. Deliveries are made through Veterans Administration hospitals, service organizations and platoons, according to representatives. pollyspies.com
