Hellraiser haunted house coming to Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights for the first time
Halloween Horror Nights fans will enter a puzzle box that opens a portal to a diabolical dimension where unspeakable pain and forbidden pleasure await when the Hellraiser haunted house comes to Universal Studios Hollywood.
Halloween Horror Nights 2026 marks the first time the Hellraiser supernatural horror franchise will serve as inspiration for a haunted house at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Halloween Horror Nights will run on 42 select nights at Universal Studios Hollywood from Sept. 3 through Nov. 1.

The new maze will be based on the original film trilogy: “Hellraiser,” “Hellbound: Hellraiser II” and “Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth.”
Legendary horror writer and filmmaker Clive Barker created the Hellraiser film franchise based on his novella, “The Hellbound Heart.”

The Hellraiser maze will take Horror Nights visitors into the twisted world of Pinhead and the Cenobites where desire, suffering and the unknown collide.
The maze begins in the Lament Configuration puzzle box that opens a gateway to another dimension filled with ritualistic torture.
Visitors will pass through a series of familiar scenes from the franchise including the attic in Frank Cotton’s family home, the Channard Institute psychiatric hospital and the Labyrinth where souls are tormented for eternity.

Pinhead actor Doug Bradley will lend his voice to the haunted house.
Hellraiser joins Stranger Things and Sinners as the first three haunted mazes announced so far for Horror Nights 2026 at Universal Studios Hollywood that will also feature multiple scare zones and the Terror Tram.
Halloween Horror Nights tickets for Universal Studios Hollywood start at $77 for general admission with season passes ranging from $179 to $299.
