Picnics and home gatherings in Redondo Beach may start getting a little fancier and more delicious thanks to the recent opening of a new Graze Craze location.
The pick-up only spot, located at 629 N. Pacific Coast Highway in King Harbor Plaza, serves elevated charcuterie boards which the company says are created by “trained Grazologists,” combining premium Boar’s Head meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, house-made dips, and sweets like chocolates.
“They’re like edible art. They’re these beautifully arranged boxes that have premium meats and cheeses, fresh vegies and fruits and we always like to throw in something sweet,” said Iman Hobbs Browne, owner of the Redondo Beach location, which opened in early May.
With other nearby locations in Huntington Beach, Murrieta, Ontario and Corona, Graze’s dishes range from a single person Char-Cutie-Cup to a 20-person large board that can feed 20 people.
“Everything is made in-house. We make all our boards, our dips, hams and spreads,” she said.
Some must-try boards include the Gone Grazey, a mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits.
“This is what we would consider our classic board that offers a little bit of everything,” Browne said.
For those who don’t want meat there’s the Vegegrazian, which is loaded with seasonal produce and house-made dips. And for dessert lovers there’s the Sweet & Grazey, which comes with chocolate, fruit, baked goods, and dips. They also offer a Wine Pairing Board.
