This is the moment two Spanish teens allegedly attacked a vulnerable homeless man by repeatedly setting his hair on fire.

La Guardia Civil, the Spanish police, are investigating two minors who allegedly burnt the man’s hair after mocking his hairstyle in a park in Benacazón, Seville.

The youth filming the video is heard imitating a police officer, giving orders to the other that he claimed he was receiving from his cop bosses.

For more than three minutes, one of the minors is seen burning various parts of the homeless man’s hair with a lighter, until the victim asks to be left alone.

The homeless man is heard saying, translated from Spanish, ‘honestly, it hurts’ while one of the youths tells him to ‘shut up or I’ll have you arrested.’

The video caught national attention after circulating on social media.

The investigation is currently being handled by officers from the Sanlúcar la Mayor station.

However, local reports say it may be transferred to another department if it is processed as a hate crime with the aggravating circumstance of physical assault.

Authorities are working to identify those involved.
