The Cheesecake Factory’s annual rituals for National Cheesecake Day will take place Thursday, July 30, with a dine-in deal and the introduction of a new flavor.
Customers will be able to get one slice of any cheesecake for half price on that day, according to the Calabasas-based chain’s website. The offer is valid at any restaurant in the United States, but only for dine-in customers, and they must be present.
This year’s new flavor is called Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake. It’s made with Hershey’s milk chocolate and white chocolate marbled cheesecake mixed with chocolate chips and salted caramel on a brownie base. It’s topped with whipped cream sprinkled with chopped Health Bar toffee.
The flavor will be on sale through July 29, 2027, according to representatives.
As usual, The Cheesecake Factory will donate 25 cents for every slice it sells of the new cheesecake on Thursday to Feeding America, a national organization that fights hunger through local food banks.
The Cheesecake Factory serves more than 30 flavors of cheesecake, according to representatives, and regularly offers a new one on July 30. Its 2025 flavor is called Peach Perfect with Raspberry Drizzle.
In addition to dessert, The Cheesecake Factory is known for its long menu, which includes “Glamburgers,” flatbread pizza, salads, pasta and seafood. Last fall it expanded its selection of small bites with such items as meatball sliders and Baked Brie with Truffle-Honey Butter.
The Cheesecake Factory has more than 200 locations in the U.S. and also licenses several grocery store items, including whole cheesecakes and its signature brown bread.
