I know who murdered my son in cold blood and where his body is even though cops say he’s ‘missing’ – they won’t listen

A HEARTBROKEN dad claims he knows who ‘killed’ his son 10 years ago – but the ‘police won’t piece it together’.

Allan Bryant Jr left Styx nightclub, in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, on Sunday November 3, 2013 and was never seen again.

The 23-year-old been celebrating at an engagement party at Leslie Golf Club.

He arrived at the venue at around 9pm and left by midnight, taking a minibus to the Styx nightclub.

The young lad enjoyed partying there until he was last seen on CCTV leaving at around 2am.

After failing to hear from their son the next morning, his devastated family reported him missing on Monday afternoon.

They had searched around the town themselves, frantically contacting Allan’s friends, until going to the police at around 4.40pm.

MISSED OPPORTINUITES

Allan’s father, Allan Sr has been campaigning for justice ever since.

His son is still classified as a missing person, but he believes Allan Jr was murdered by a man known to him.

When asked if the police could have done more in the investigation, Allan Sr claimed to The Sun online: “Right from the beginning.

“It took seven months to get the CCTV footage of him leaving the nightclub.

“A new detective is in charge now, and honestly I don’t know what else I can do. I haven’t even made this public yet.”

More recently, the heartbroken father was disappointed again after new information failed to launch a search for Allan Jr’s body.

“In December we got information about Allan’s disappearance and it was really good, we passed it onto police and we thought there was going to be a search for him,” he said.

“We had to go through New Years and now it’s February and we are still waiting.

“They sent an email saying they won’t be searching the place, we are in disbelief, they said they would follow up on leads. It’s not a place we can search ourselves, it needs professionals.

“They didn’t even call us, I thought it was very cowardly regarding the circumstances. They’ve not given us a definite reason why they won’t.”

Detective Inspector Scott Roxburgh told The Sun online: “Extensive enquiries have been carried out over the years and any new piece of information will continue to be thoroughly investigated by officers from the Major Investigation Team.

“Our appeal for new information continues and I would urge anyone who has something which could relate to Allan’s disappearance, no matter how small it might appear to be, to get in touch with us.

“If you can help then please get in touch by calling us on 101 or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”

WOMAN SCREAMING IN THE NIGHT

Allan Sr previously spoke about witnesses who heard a woman scream in the early hours of the night his son disappeared.

When asked about whether or not his was followed up on, the heartbroken father claimed: “We believe she knows what happened – and she’s said it to loads of people we know.

“The reason she can’t say anything is because we believe her family is involved, so she can’t implicate all her family.

“I know her, it’s one of Allan’s friends.”

He also alleged: “She doesn’t go out now, she just drinks constantly, and the people we believe are responsible, they lived at the end of our street and they wouldn’t look us in the eye when we would walk to the shops.”

POSSIBLE MOTIVE

Allan Sr claims he knows who allegedly murdered his son, a man who had previously threatened to kill Allan Jr.

“This one guy absolutely hated Allan, he always hated him because he was popular where we used to stay,” claimed the dad-of-three.

“His friends were all brought up together, and everyone thought Allan was okay. All this other guy talked about was fighting.

“In the past he came into my house with a wooden post shouting ‘Allan Bryant I’m going to kill you’.”

“One night Allan was at a party and he’d fallen asleep and that guy went in with a garden spade and said ‘good job you’re sleeping Allan Bryant otherwise I’d have killed you’ in front of everybody,” he claimed.

Allan Sr alleged the police are aware of this information and many people in the town believed the same theory.

“I’m not the only one with this information, we believe Allan went back to a party with one of his friends, not even 0.4miles away from the nightclub,” claimed Allan Sr.

“And we think something happened in that house, he was probably stabbed.

“We’ve also got information about a house covered in blood,” he alleged.

‘Everything you’re saying is the truth’

Allan Sr is convinced some of his son’s friends know what happened on Sunday, November 3, but are keeping quiet to protect each other.

He claimed they usually posted on Facebook regularly on nights out – but on this occasion nothing was uploaded for over a week.

The grieving father urged anyone who has information to come forward after a decade of silence.

“There’s one girl who phoned in sick on the Monday after, but then again later around 3pm she phoned saying Allan’s missing and that’s why she can’t come in,” claimed Allan Sr.

“We never reported him missing until 4.40pm on the Monday because we were out looking for him.

“We got this information from manager where this woman worked at.

“One of the family members even came up to my car and told me and Marie ‘everything you’re saying is the truth’.

“This is his family.”

Allan Sr, his wife Marie and two daughters have since moved away from the area.

Found a tooth, 5 years ago, in the suspect’s home, no arrest.

LOST WITH THE POLICE

The devastated family say they are not interested in a conviction after so many years, they only want to bring their son’s body home.

“It’s just getting harder to fight for him, especially when the police won’t keep their promises,” claimed Allan Sr.

“We’re left in the dark all the time. Our hearts are broken. We barely leave to house, we go to the shop, we pick up prescriptions, everyday it’s harder. We’re lost.

“We just want him back and lay him to rest, we know he is dead.”

The dad claimed even police officers told the family they believe “the worst has happened to Allan”.

“I don’t know what they’re doing, I don’t know how they can’t piece it together,” he added.

“They are still treating him as a missing persons case, we know he has been murdered.

“There’s no proof of life, no bank payments, nothing.”

HEALING

The heartbroken family have moved to a new area and have tried to pick up the pieces since Allan Jr disappeared.

“You have to deal with it, you have no choice, just like many other families who are going through it,” he said.

“To lose a child is bad enough but to not know where they are and not have a place to go and visit them is the worst.

“I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.”

Allan Sr’s daughter Sophie, who is now 19 and was nine when her brother vanished, enjoys horse riding and still goes out with her mates.

Meanwhile, Amy who is 23, is in her final year of college training to become a counsellor.

“They are doing well,” said the proud father.

“We’ve got to be strong for them. They went through it as well,” he continued.

“We just want to have him back, if a conviction happens that would be great, but we don’t really care, we just want to bring him home and put him to rest.”
