BURGLARY: 4:28 p.m. at Safeway on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A masked man is shown on video stealing 15 high-end bottles of wine.

April 24

JUVENILE DISTURBANCE: 1:57 p.m. on Belgatos Road. Three juveniles, one on a dirt bike, were in the school play yard. The caller asked them to leave after they hopped the fence, and they refused.

PETTY THEFT: 7:04 p.m. at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Los Gatos Boulevard. Two suspects stole multiple items from the store.

April 25

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: 12:35 p.m. at West Main Street and University Avenue. Four suspects were reported as “sharing pharmaceuticals” in the parking lot. The caller said they were passing around amber Rx bottles.

April 26

TRESPASS: 12:09 p.m. at Walgreens on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A man wearing a yellow dress, pink skirt and gray shoes and carrying a pink suitcase was talking to himself and refused to leave the store when asked.

PETTY THEFT: 3:29 p.m. on Massol Avenue. Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole the registration and jewelry valued at about $1,000.

April 27

PETTY THEFT: 10:10 a.m. at Walgreens on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A man stole several razors valued at $90 each, as well as game cylinders and other items. The suspect was described as a regular customer who shoplifts frequently.

April 28

BATTERY: 9:22 a.m. at Charley’s on North Santa Cruz Avenue. The victim was asked by another patron to leave, and when he refused, the patron punched him in face, breaking his jaw. The victim fell to ground, and multiple suspects kicked him multiple times, causing him to lose consciousness.
