NOISE DISTURBANCE: 2:40 p.m. on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A caller reported their upstairs neighbor had been “excessively loud” since the early morning.

MOTORIST ASSIST: 5:58 p.m. at Starbucks on Blossom Hill Road. A caller reported a dog locked in a car with no way to unlock it, and requested police assistance to help open the vehicle.

April 20

JUVENILE DISTURBANCE: 1:06 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and La Rinconada Drive. A caller reported that they heard a group of four or five kids on bikes who were “being loud.”

NOISE DISTURBANCE: 7:33 a.m. at North Santa Cruz Avenue. A caller reported that their upstairs neighbors, who are being evicted, are jumping up and down, walking loudly and dragging items across the floor. They said they were concerned that the neighbors will continue to be noisy until their deadline the vacate the residence.
