A death investigation is underway after a man was pulled from Lake Michigan and died early Wednesday in Lake View.
Around 1:15 a.m., fire department crews responded to the 3900 block of North Recreation Drive and pulled a man out of the water, Chicago police said.
The unidentified man was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Officials were conducting a death investigation.
