A man was shot and killed during a fight inside a South Lawndale business Monday, according to Chicago police.
The man, 38, was shot after a fight broke out inside a business in the 2100 block of South Washtenaw Avenue around noon, police said in a statement.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital with gunshot wounds to the chest and pronounced dead, police said.
Another man, 49, was taken to Saint Anthony Hospital with injuries to his face, police said. His condition was not released.
Police said no one was in custody.
