A man who was fatally shot in West Garfield Park on Monday evening has been identified, officials said.
William Ingram, 36, was inside a vehicle in the 0-100 block of North Kilbourne Avenue when someone fired shots about 4:30 p.m., Chicago police said.
Ingram, of the 300 block of East 60th Street, was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at 5:15 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
No one is in custody, and detectives are investigating.
