WALNUT CREEK — A man suffered minor injuries after two people tried to rob him Wednesday morning in Walnut Creek.
The man was assaulted at about 11:45 a.m. Wednesday on the 3300 block of Arbolado Drive, about a block from Arbolado Park, according to the Walnut Creek Police Department. It does not appear the robbers took anything, in what police are calling “a crime of opportunity.”
The assailants had already fled by the time police arrived. No arrests have been announced.
