The Duchess of Sussex’s mobile number was allegedly leaked when screenshots of the conversation were shared outside the Year 3 chat.
Meghan is said to have joined the conversation shortly before Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, were due to start their school journey in the UK.
The 45-year-old, who recently returned to Britain with Prince Harry and the children, is believed to have been welcomed by fellow mums in the Year 3 chat.
Meghan shared family snaps of Prince Harry, Lilibet and Archie on the duke’s 42nd birthday, which he marked after the family’s return to the UK.

The message, believed to be from Meghan, said: ‘Hi moms! Thanks for the warm welcome.

The incident is said to have led to heightened security concerns for the Sussexes, who have closely guarded their children’s privacy.

The move is understood to be sparked by security concerns on the school run.
A source claimed that the security team, travelling in a convoy, could not make the school route ‘operationally secure’ due to traffic.
Speaking to HELLO! Magazine, the source said it was a ‘real shame’ as the family ‘absolutely adored the school, the kids and their parents.’
Posted with cute snaps of their family life and adventures, Meghan wrote about her husband: ‘He’s simply the best.

The Sussexes’ security arrangements made headlines when Prince Harry took the government to court over his reduced UK security.
His security arrangements are said to be up for a review now that the family became UK residents again and Archie and Lilibet attend a British school, ITV News reports.
