Microsoft users are reporting issues across the company’s various services.

Users have said they are having problems using Microsoft Outlook, the company’s email platform, as well as its AI chatbot, Copilot.

The website DownDetector, used to track tech outages, showed reports of issues with Outlook began shortly after 7am on Friday and climbed over the course of the morning.

At its peak, shortly before 9am, almost 100 people had reported problems with their emails, with 25% saying they were struggling to log in and 43% saying they were having trouble sending messages.

Fewer issues affecting Copilot users were reported, but 30 people still said they were having problems with the tool. 63% of them said they were having problems with its website.

A handful of users also reported issues with Microsoft 365, according to DownDetector.

Other Microsoft services, such as the Microsoft Store and Microsoft Azure, did not seem to have any widespread outages.

Microsoft had not made a statement about the reported issues at the time of writing.

Metro has contacted Microsoft for more information.
