A 14-year-old girl reported missing Monday from Wheat Ridge was last seen more than two weeks earlier, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
Azlyn Lapenna was last spotted on Oct. 30 near Newland Street and West 44th Avenue, state investigators said in an endangered missing person alert. At that time, Azlyn was wearing a black sweatshirt, dark plaid pajama pants and white athletic shoes, according to the alert.
Azlyn is described as a 5-foot-2-inch, 130-pound teenager with light brown hair, hazel eyes and unspecified health issues, state investigators said.
Anyone with information on Azlyn or her whereabouts is asked to contact the Wheat Ridge Police Department at 303-980-3485.
This is a developing story and will be updated.
