NFL picks: Our plays for Thanksgiving games

PACKERS at LIONS

Time: Noon, Fox 32

Line: Lions by 2½ Total: 48½

Records (overall/ATS): Packers 7-3-1/4-7; Lions 7-4/6-5

Outlook: Against the Giants, the Lions got bailed out by RB Jahmyr Gibbs (264 total yards). But he’s averaging only 64 total yards against the Packers, whose running backs, Josh Jacobs and Emanuel Wilson, should set the pace and chew clock.

Pick: Packers 23, Lions 16

Play: Packers +2½

CHIEFS at COWBOYS

Time: 3:30 p.m., CBS 2

Line: Chiefs by 3½ Total: 52½

Records (overall/ATS): Chiefs 6-5/5-6; Cowboys 5-5-1/6-5

Outlook: Since 2020, the Chiefs sport a nifty 26-6 record against the NFC. But as the Eagles found out Sunday, playing in the “Big D” can be difficult. The Chiefs have dropped their last five there, their lone triumph coming in November 1975.

Pick: Cowboys 28, Chiefs 10

Play: Cowboys +3½

BENGALS at RAVENS

Time: 7:20 p.m., NBC 5

Line: Ravens by 7 Total: 51½

Records (overall/ATS): Bengals 3-8/4-7; Ravens 6-5/4-7

Outlook: As expected by everyone on the planet, Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is 4-0 since he returned to action. Here he gets the NFL’s worst overall defense, but the Bengals have played tight games in four of their last five.

Pick: Ravens 20, Bengals 14

Play: Bengals +7
