A pedestrian was fatally struck in a hit-and-run early Thursday in suburban Northbrook.
Officers responded to the 2900 block of Shermer Road after a call of a deceased male found in the area, according to Northbrook police.
While not much is known regarding the circumstances of the person’s death, detectives confirmed he was struck by a vehicle while on foot and the vehicle left the scene, officials said.
No further information was immediately available.
