Coincidentally, the barn on the 65-acre property was once photographed by another legendary photographer, Ansel Adams. Today, the barn sits in a complete equestrian facility with a riding arena, other livestock stalls and pastures to roam.

Another barn structure was transformed to a recording studio by previous owner financier Warren Hellman, who founded the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in San Francisco. He also hosted private concerts on the property.
